Inside your process, not beside it

The point of a delivery team is that the work comes back the way your reviewer expects it. That takes learning your firm’s way of doing things, which is what onboarding is for.

Four steps, no surprises

01

Discovery call

Thirty minutes on what your team actually does, where the hours go, and which work is worth moving. If we are not a fit, we say so on the call.

02

Scoped proposal

A written scope covering the work, the turnaround, who is assigned, and what it costs. No commitment until you have it in writing.

03

Onboarding

We learn your templates, your software, your review standards and your naming conventions, then run a pilot engagement so both sides can check the fit.

04

Ongoing delivery

Named staff working your calendar, with a standing point of contact and turnaround times agreed up front rather than negotiated per job.

Three people see the work

Not three rounds of the same check. Three different responsibilities, each with something specific to catch.

Preparer

Does the work, verifies every extracted figure against its source document, and raises anything the instrument or the file does not settle.

Reviewer

A second person, never the preparer, checks the judgment calls and the arithmetic before anything leaves us. The system will not let one person do both.

Your firm

The final review is yours. You receive the workpapers, the open questions and the audit trail, and you sign and file under your own name.

Working alongside your team

Your software, your templates

We work inside the tools your firm already uses and follow your workpaper conventions. You should not be able to tell which desk a file was prepared at.

Hours that overlap yours

Staff work a shift that overlaps your business day, so a question raised in your morning is answered before your afternoon rather than the following one.

Capacity that moves with the season

Busy season is the reason most firms call us. Scope can widen for the crunch and settle back afterwards, without you carrying the cost of that headcount through the summer.

Questions, not guesses

When a file does not settle a question, we raise it as an open item and keep working on everything else. You will never find that we quietly picked an answer to keep a job moving.
